WOW!

Ning made us spring onion snack today!!

She made the paste using flour (bread) and water. Then she added sliced spring onions and dried small prawn. Like making pancakes, she put a scoop of the mixture into a pan with some oil and pan-fried them. Ning made it very well by not making the snack too thick so that it turned out very crispy and delicious!
