My first sesame ginger chicken after 11 years...

Hmm... this afternoon... for the first time, I cooked ginger sesame oil chicken. It was 11 years ago when I last had it! Wow... such a long time? Yes, it was cooked by my mum for my sister-in-law after she gave birth to my little nephew!

So long ago, but I think I still remembered how it was done...

This is Sam's ginger sesame oil chicken but in darker version :)
