SGI Wales Woman Course Day 2

Mood:Exhausted Health:Good Weather:Cool

The second day started with great lecture from Suzanne! The analogy she used was so logical and easy to understand. Buddhism is supposed to be easy yet the actions are so difficult to perform.

Members and leaders catching up during coffee breaks!

Guess who is Zoe? She is the tallest woman in the picture. She is a gorgeous woman and I adored her so much. She could be a famous supermodel if she was in the modelling industry.

Members and leaders singing to their heart's content!

In the last section of the course, representatives from each groups shared the determination they had. Carol on the extreme right (below picture) was our representative!

When the course ended, I felt a little sad. It was such an enlightening course and I don't want it to end!

BACK TO HOSTEL...

'U know who' asked if I have a pack of instant noodles to spare. And the thought of what I have learned earlier came to my mind - treat all humans as Buddhas because they got the innate buddhahood potential in themselves.

Instead of being irritated, I looked at it as if I am offering food to a Buddha. I don't know how you felt about this. You might think this is absurd! But I felt so much better in that perspective, the willingness to give and the compassion can be so great!

On the other hand, I hope she doesn't take too much advantage of me. I hated people who abused my kindness!
