Mood: Pissed off with tiredness Health:Thumbs up Weather: Fogging

Most nights, I tried to sleep early so that I could wake up for my next morning class, feeling fresh and alert. But couple of times, I was awaken by my flatmates, particuarly the kitchen door which slammed very loudly every few minutes for a period.

I was thinking, why is it that everybody don't sleep before 1pm or 2pm. And why they can wake up at 8am the next morning. Ok, I can't. I admitted that I sleep more than my peers. But isn't sleeping important?

The body repaired itself when you are sleeping. You can calculate how much repair work is done with less amount of sleeping time. Ok, facts aside. The point is I need to sleep at least 8 hours. My face will tell you straight when I am tired. I hate that feeling of restlessness, dazedness and deadness. I don't have good mood either if I am beat.

I just can't wake up early if I had a late night, or should I say early morning. Recently, I can't get to sleep easily. The bits of noise here and there in this flat annoyed me. I ended up with lacking sleep and being a zombie. I hinted to my flatmates how noisy the kitchen door was and hopefully they got my hint and try to close the door gently at night.

Then I also found a remedy to get to sleep easier... a cup of milk before I went to bed. It worked and I dozed off soon before I knew it, and slept throughout (if there is no loud noise).

However, this morning was terrible...

I purposely had a cup of milk before I sleep last night so that I could have good rest and look invigorated the next morning. Know what, I dozed off and I was sleeping tightly until a group of people broke the spell. I was awaken by my flatmates' friends in the wee hours of the morning.

That it! That gone my sleep. I couldn't get to sleep since the first din which was round 3am.

Do they know how much effort I tried to put in to get to sleep? Because I am not someone who could just dozed off with a finger snap or someone who could sleep soundly with a lion's roar! These inconsiderate people!!!

Arrrggg.... If only I got the $$, I would get my own flat!
