Mood:Very Good Health:Thumbs up Weather:Freezing
The results of cold and dry weather - reddish skins on the knuckles and rough dry skin surrounded it. Maybe you couldn't see the red skin well because of my tanned skin. I thought I drank not enough water (Try my best to drink but still not good enough) and took insufficient vitamins to maintain better skin.
Then I realised Estelle had the same thing as me, in fact she had redder and drier skins on her hand. I am not alone and that is a good thing :) Most importantly, I don't want to get sick in bitter winter. I think I will get more sick if I walk in this weather to see the doctor.
Taking a shower is a torment these days. It is so cold especially when I come out from the shower and shivering madly like a drug addict. Shaun and Tracey were amused when I told them that I rushed to the heater after my every shower and put my hands on it, just to make myself feel warmer.
"The heater is damn hot!!", they said. Hmm... I didn't know that! Guess I feel too cold to realise the hotness. How do you guys shower in winter?? Isn't it torturing?
I am not sure if it is a good idea to get an extra heater in my room. I will never get used to the cold when I am outside if I keep myself comfortably warm in my room.
With a weather like that, I appreciated hot food better. I always need hot food and drinks. Ah... I had too much today. Just after my dinner, Estelle offered me her cooked soup today. It was chicken and potato soup : ) and also microwaved pop corn.
