Looking forward to a reunion...

A few hours before Christmas eve, I dropped a last minute emails to all my ex-colleagues to wish them merry Christmas. It was upsetting as I was keying in the recipients addresses... the list has become shorter and it will be even shorter on the last day of 2008.

Some have left, and more will be leaving. A warmth and fun- loving big 'family' in my working life has become smaller and scattered even since I embarked on a challenging journey. Since this summer, I have been wondering if there is a possibility of a reunion one day. I longed for that kind of nonsense and fun, that kind of trust and warmth, that kind of care and concern...

It has been a difficult year. And I hoped that the new year would bring tremendous good fortune and happiness to everyone!
