Yesterday, I graved very much for home food. I missed Nasi Lemark and Laska! If only someone would send me a hot plate of good nasi lemark with fried fish, fried chicken wing, fried egg, ikan bilis and good chilli... Sighs...
As I was scouring for some home food in my parcel, I came upon Laska paste given to me by Kim Yan! A ha ha... Yes! I can have a taste of home! So I went to get some ingredients from Tesco today to make Laska!
Ning was the lucky girl this evening - my Laska companion!
The final outcome of my Laska sent the both of us drooling...
Hmmm... yummy! Big pot for myself, small pot for Ning. Hee...
Can't wait to eat!!I burnt my tongue from eating too fast from the boiling soup but it was satisfactory! Ning enjoyed the Laska very much for the first time. Hmmm... what comes next?
