25th Anniversary of Kosen Rufu in Wales

Mood:Tired Health:Better Weather:Cold

I woke up at 5.45am on a Sunday! It was our 25th Kosen Rufu Anniversary in Wales! I had to perform duty as a lilac on this significant day. Our venue was in Swansea. I had to prepare my packed lunch and report at Swansea at 8am. That explained why I need to wake up so early!

Rachie in her red car and red attire

I was lucky to get a lift from Rachie at such an early morning! As you can see, Rachie's favourite colour is red!

Ready to go!!
One word to describe Swansea - Mountainous!
Vast Sea along the road in Swansea
Our Venue - Brangwyn Hall.
Around 600 members attended the event!
Interior of the hall
Posing while on duty? Terrible Sam!
Alisha and myself on duty
Enjoying my cup of English tea! (Jess, Alisha and me)
Some of the highlights - Cultural performances: It was about conflict between two groups of people and how peace was restored eventually.
Saw the red dragon on the right? That is Wales icon!
The grand finale! Today, I heard the best version of 'haha' by a group of children! It was lovely!
Some of the lilacs after the event! Can see me? Not a good idea to stand behind when I am so small!!
Brangwyn Hall in the evening
It had been a long day and I was exhausted. But something thrilled me up when I walked back to my hostel - fire works :)
Difficult to get a good shot though!
School tomorrow - that is sickening!!
