I came upon this book when I was packing my bookshelf one day...

8 Aug 2008 is a significant date to me. Many years ago, when news broke out that Beijing was chose to be the host for the Olympics, I decided to go there to witness the event with a good friend. Soon after that, I brought a tourism book on Beijing.

I even planned, where to stay, where to go, where to eat... I was enthusiastic about it. However, situation has changed. Instead of flying to Beijing, I am flying to UK...

I couldn't help but smile when I saw the Beijing tourism book in my shelf. It is just so ironic...

Safe journey to me! Sigh... It is sickening that I got to stay overnight at the London airport because of bad timing. I hope I won't get rob.
