Mood:Tired Health:Thumbs up Weather:Fine
For the first time in Wales, I took a public bus. I need to go to the Quadrant Centre for my clinical engineering lesson. The timing was so tight that I was thinking if I should miss this lesson. In the end, I rushed off to catch the bus with just a slice of bread and half a cup of hot chocolate for my brunch.
Bus ticket for a day trip
I met this nice granny, Daphne at the bus stop and she took the same bus as me. We had a wonderful chat throughout the journey. She shared with me about her family, her life, her dead husband etc. I always find stories like this so enlightening. She loved food from Marks and Spencer. I would love to have them everyday if money wasn't an issue. (They got really nice foods in their supermarket)
Sighs... I am missing my working life somehow, earning that money to enjoy the better things in life...When she knew that I won't have my catered dinner during the 3 weeks christmas recession, she got worried and gave me her address so that I could come over. She was so sweet.
After 20 minutes of chatting, she alighted to go to the Marks and Spencer shop. I got down soon after that. At the Quadrant centre, we had our lectures and got to play around with some medical equipments.
(Quadrant Centre after the lesson. I know you can't see anything. Sorry.)
That what I want to do really... clinical work. At the end of the day, I was so tired with the walking and rushing that I felt like fainting once I reached my room. Despite that, I am glad that I didn't miss this trip.
I think I am going to have a good sleep later... (finger- crossed)
